Gary Kluckhuhn, Co-Director.
MS in Computer Information Systems (CIS) BS in Human Services, FGCU. CALI's
founder. Involvement in assisted living spans two decades. A certified general
building contractor, developed a first of its kind assisted living condominium
as an alternative to the entry fee based industry model. An inventor and
visionary with a genuine passion for improving the quality of life of the
Assisted Living community.

Wayne Pingel, Financial Manager

BS in Accounting and Computer Information Systems at FGCU, 2001; pursuing
MS in Accounting & Taxation. Combines background and education in
information systems and accounting with expertise in finance. A wheelchair user
for over two decades as the result of a spinal cord injury suffered in 1977.

Zed Hejzlar, Occupational and Environmental
Safety Engineer

PH.D. in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Columbia Southern
University; MBA, University of South Florida. Contributes extensive expertise
in occupational health and safety. Consultant, speaker, and technical trainer,
he is a Certified Safety Professional who brings an intimate understanding of
workplace environments and issues across all industries. Has published research
in injury prevention for seniors.
